Terrell Wickey

   Terrell Wickey, 30, of Sioux City, passed away unexpectedly Friday, July 31, 2020. A memorial service will be 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at Heartland Community Baptist Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Online condolences may e directed to meyerbroschapels.com.

   Terrell was born the son of Marie Wickey on December 5, 1989 in Sioux City, Iowa. He graduated from West High School in 2009. He had been working for Jones Food Mart in Elk Point for the last few years.

   Terrell enjoyed listening to music, working out, and spending time with his family and friends. He was a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan and had a passion for running. He will be fondly remembered for his bright smile, warm heart, and cozy hugs.

   Terrell is survived by his mother, Marie Wickey of Sioux City; children, Tyrese Gill of South Sioux City and Temperance Wickey of Elk Point; girlfriend, Laken Provost and her children, Lakenna and Anaya of Elk Point; brothers, Curtis Wickey and Tré Wickey of Sioux City; sisters, Tessa Carrell of Sioux City, Kim Love of Louisiana, and Raynell Delaughter of Arkansas; grandparents, Joel (Pearl) Harrison of Sioux City and Clara Branch of Birmingham, Alabama; including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

   He was preceded in death by his brother, Torey Wickey.
