Steven M. "Steve" Rodgers

Steven M. “Steve” Rodgers, 62, of May City, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at a local hospital. A Celebration of Life will be held from 4-8 p.m. at Bob Roe’s Point After on Saturday, November 5, 2022, for family and friends. Online condolences may be directed to www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Steve was born on September 29, 1960, a son to Sylvester J. and Julia M. Rodgers. He was educated in Sioux City schools and attended WITCC in Sioux City.

Steve worked in various industries in Sioux City: he was an event coordinator at various hotels in town, worked in the warehouse at Gateway Computers, and refurbished and restored computers privately in his later years.

Steve enjoyed his private life and family, and was a friend to all he met. He was a die-hard Minnesota Vikings and Iowa Hawkeyes fan.

He is survived by his siblings: Matthew, James, Maureen, Lisa, and Mary Beth.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
