Stephanie Marie Dixon

Stephanie Marie Dixon, 37, of Gainesville, GA, formerly of Moville, IA, passed away unexpectedly on April 12, 2023 in Georgia.  A funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.  Burial will be at Fairfield Cemetery in Correctionville, IA.  The service will be live streamed at https://youtube.com/live/cXC3BACth3o and online condolences may be made to www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Stephanie was born on December 2, 1985 in Sioux City, IA to Michael Dixon and Lisa Riemenschneider.  She graduated from Woodbury Central High School and moved to Georgia.  While in Georgia she graduated from college and began her career as a paralegal. She worked for Bart Patterson and Associates for over 11 years and most recently for Kevin Tharpe. Stephanie was the kind of person who took care of everyone. She was full of faith in Jesus and was an encouragement to all who knew her. Her smile and laugh were infectious and you couldn’t help but smile when she did. She was thoughtful and kind, often sending letters to her friends and family just because. She enjoyed reading, shopping, and spending time with her nieces and nephew.

Those left to honor her memory include her siblings: Kimberly (Damien) Smith, Bronson, IA, Kyle Dixon, MO, step-brother, Scottie (Mindy) McLean, GA; nieces and nephew: Kendra (Stephen) Youtzy, Gwendolynn Smith, and Domenik Smith; step-nieces: Reagan, Aubrey, Blakelie and Kennedy; Grandpa, Dean Riemenschneider; mom, Lisa Soule, and step-mom, Linda Dixon.

She is preceded in death by her dad, Michael Dixon and grandparents: Marlene Riemenschneider, Frances and Edna Dixon.
