Shari Lynne Zurcher Hardnett Stanley, of Plano, Texas, entered into eternal life on November 2, 2026.
Born in West Point, Nebraska, Shari lived in Sioux City, Iowa, before moving to Plano, TX in 2004. She took great pride in her career in Information Technology, which spanned more than 30 years. Her deep faith guided her life, and she was an active member and volunteer at Grace Church in Plano. A devoted animal lover, she dearly loved the many fur babies who shared her life. She loved music and could often be found singing and dancing. Known for always having a joke ready, she delighted in making others laugh.
She is lovingly remembered by her children, Deric Hardnett, Margarite (Jason) Reinert, and Jeremiah Hardnett, all of Sioux City, and Heather Hardnett (Derrick Givens) of Plano; grandchildren, Heaven, Tierone, Jerrick, Lola, Jake, and Noah; mother, Ellen Zurcher; siblings, Jolene, Tamra, Lori, Robert, and Todd; many nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dale Zurcher; grandparents, Capitola and Jon Zurcher and Esther and Oscar Blattert; and nephew, Willie Hardnett.
One of the strongest women to ever grace this world, Shari leaves a legacy of love, faith, and resilience that will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
