Richard A. Brockelsby, 74 of Vail, Iowa passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2023 in Sioux City, Iowa. Abiding by his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a small private service at the family farm.
Richard is survived by his son, Joe (Christina) Brockelsby; grandchildren, Kristopher (Brenna) Brockelsby, Laura Brockelsby, Emily (Caleb) Stark, Luke Brockelsby, and Leia Brockelsby; great-grandchildren, Joey, Zoey, Spencer, Jayden, and Jordan; sister, Delores Krueger; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Mary Thiedeman and Sandy Truitt.
