Richard Allen Blake, 80 years old, passed away on July 23, 2026, at a hospital in Sioux City, Iowa, due to complications following a serious fall in his home on June 5, 2026.

Per Richard's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.

He is survived by his wife Raisa Blake, son Juan (Katy) Blake, daughter Luisa (TJ) Fennell, grandson Casey Blake, granddaughter Josie Blake, sister Suzanne (Robert) Golling, and brother Robert (Manny Ababat) Blake. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Allen and Eunice Blake.
