Ray Priborsky

Raymond Alfred Priborsky, age 71, of Sioux City, Iowa passed away on August 17 after a long series of illnesses.

Raymond was born October 7, 1951, to parents Robert Lawrence Priborsky and Marilyn June (Owen) Priborsky in Sioux City, Iowa.

Raymond attended Hinton Community School. He served in the United States Marine Corps and received an Honorable Discharge from the Marine Corps. Throughout his life he worked as a laborer on many different farms in the Hinton area. He lived in the Hinton or Sioux City area all his life.

Raymond was predeceased by his parents Robert L. Priborsky who died November 12, 1998, and Marilyn J. Priborsky who died January 20, 1963, and his younger brother Randall R. Priborsky who died in 2009. He is survived by his brother Robert O. Priborsky and his wife Kathy (Raby) Priborsky of Littleton, CO, his sister Connie L. Norton of Sioux City, his nephew Gary Norton of Sioux City, his nephew Robert D. Priborsky of Littleton, CO, and his niece Rebecca S. (Priborsky) Jensen of Arvada, CO.

Per his wishes Raymond will be buried in the Liberty Perry Township Cemetery in Plymouth County Iowa. Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
