Paul Ray Wilcoxon, 52, of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family on Saturday, May 25, 2024, after a hard-fought battle with leukemia.

Paul was born on July 15, 1971, to Frank and Sharisue (Sandau) Wilcoxon in Sioux City, Iowa. He attended Lincoln Elementary and Hoover Middle Schools. After completing high school at North High, Paul attended Briar Cliff University where he received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1994.

Paul and Carrie (Kessenich) met early in their college years. They married on August 11, 2000, at Blessed Sacrament Church in Sioux City. They made their home in Sioux City and later relocated to Sergeant Bluff, where they raised their three children. Paul's greatest joy was spending time with his family, friends, and beloved dog, Jax. His childhood love of Matchbox cars was the beginning of an even bigger affinity for his sports cars and trucks. Together with his family, he traveled coast to coast, exploring the mountains of national parks with frequent stops at Disney World. He also loved his animals, projects around the house, boating, golfing, motorcycling, country music, movie nights, and hot fudge sundaes.

Paul began his 29-year career with Terra/CF Industries in 1995. He served in numerous roles, including supply analyst, product manager, and his most recent position as manager of natural gas. He assisted through the Terra/CF Industries merger in 2010 and began traveling between home and Illinois. His dedication and loyalty to the company were evident. He enjoyed many friendships throughout his career and became known for his humor and quick wit.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be directed to them for future designation in Paul's name.
