Paul Allen Brandt, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully in his home near Westfield, IA, on Thursday, December 18, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was 72 years old. Born on April 15, 1953, in Spencer, IA, Paul led a life characterized by dedication, loyalty, and a strong sense of family.

A graduate of Westfield Community School, Paul took pride in participating in track and spending cherished moments fishing with friends. His love for woodworking fostered creativity that flourished throughout his life, as he enjoyed tackling various projects and building things.

Their bond was a cornerstone of his existence, and he was immensely proud of their journey together. Paul was also a devoted father to his daughter, Dimitra. He enjoyed watching her compete in sports and barrel racing. He took great joy in watching his grandchildren, Kai and Quinn, play baseball.

Paul's interests extended beyond his family. He enjoyed snowmobiling adventures, creating lasting memories with loved ones. He was a private and quiet-spoken man, yet his warmth and love shone through in all he did.
