Pamela Jean Smith

Pamela Smith, 71, of South Sioux City, NE, passed away at home, surrounded by her family on June 18, 2023. A memorial service will be held Friday, June 23 at 2:00 p.m. at Mohr & Becker-Hunt Funeral Home. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service. Online condolences may be made to www.meyerbroschapels.com

Pam was born on November 20, 1951 in Sioux City, IA to Conrad and Joan (Carlsen) Stetson. She was united in marriage to Ron Smith on December 30, 1989 in South Sioux City, NE. Together they enjoyed fishing almost every weekend. Pam loved being outside, tending to her flowers, pulling weeds and playing cards. She worked as a postal carrier before retiring.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Ron Smith, South Sioux City, NE; daughters: Jennifer (Justin) Kelly, South Sioux City, NE, Jill Shelton, LeMars, IA; grandchildren: Zach, Megan, Sabrina, Stephen and Sydney; brothers, John (Bonnie) Stetson and sister, Susie Henry, both of Sioux City, IA.

She is preceded in death by her parents.
