Linda Kay Kellogg, a beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on December 26, 2024, at a hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, January 3, 2025, at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, January 2, 2024, from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.

Born on October 27, 1943, in Sioux City, Iowa, she was the cherished daughter of Louis and Dorothy (Redinus) Klouda. Raised in her hometown, Linda attended Sacred Heart Catholic School, where she laid the foundation for a life filled with compassion and love.

Her interests were as vibrant and diverse as her personality. Linda had a flair for crafts and home interior design, bringing warmth and creativity to every space she touched. She loved fishing and boating, relishing the tranquility of nature. A gifted bowler, she found joy in friendly competition, and bingo nights brought her laughter and camaraderie with friends. The thrill of trips to the casino with her family to play slot machines became some of her fondest memories. As she grew older, Linda adapted her love for games by enjoying casino games on her tablet, bringing her joy in her later years. Linda's family and friends remember her for her unwavering strength and kind heart.

Linda was not only a devoted mother to her children—Tina Gregg of Spirit Lake, IA, Zane Gregg of Indianapolis, IN, Robin Davis of Spencer, IA, Chris Gregg of Fairmont, MN, Pennie (Jeremy) Kitchel of Orleans, IA, Walton (Nicky) Kellogg of Alpha, MN, and Robert Kellogg of Jackson, MN—but also a treasured figure for her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren and her siblings: Debbie Collins of Cushing, IA, Cindy Reed of Sioux City, and Mark Klouda of Sioux City. Her nurturing spirit and boundless love will forever echo in their hearts.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Walton Kellogg, her parents Louis and Dorothy Klouda, her brother, Woody Klouda, and uncle Woody Klouda.

Linda Kay Kellogg leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will be perpetuated through her family and friends. Her spirit will continue to inspire all who knew her.
