Laurie Peterson, 70, of Sioux City, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at Unity Point – St. Luke’s in Sioux City. Per her wishes, no public services will be held.

Laurie was born on January 27, 1953 in Sioux City, to Lawrence and Theresa Trometer. She lived in Sioux City throughout her life, graduating from Central High School and WITCC.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Donald Ray Peterson; and her son, Leighton Peterson.
