Justice Allen Bernard Marino, 30, passed unexpectedly in his Sioux City residence on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
A funeral service will be held 10:30 AM Friday, May 9, 2025, At Hogan-Bremer-Moore Colonial Chapel, 126 3rd St NE, Mason City, with Pastor Paul Schaefer. Plymouth Bible Baptist Church officiating.
Justice was witty, smart, and learning always came easy to him. A book worm, specifically history. Never wavered from a debate. Justice had an extensive collection of comics. Meticulously constructed models and painted with such precision.
As a young boy Justice was saved. He asked Jesus to come into his heart and save him. Though he walked away from that profession our prayer was he would one day return to his faith.
His brother has provided unconditional love, loyalty, and understanding. An unbreakable bond with his cousins due to grandparents who shaped their values with special memories. A beacon of love and support.
Justice graduated from Clear Lake High School where he formed lifelong friendships that he cherished. He was incredibly grateful for their presence in his life.
Soon after graduation he joined the Iowa National Guard Infantry Unit transferring to Biloxi, MS. Returning to Mason City and later moving to Sioux City.
Justice had a caring heart which is the reason he had established a great friend base in Sioux City, friends that were near and dear to his heart. He was blessed to have such friends.
Those left to cherish memories of Justice are his parents, Jason and Jodi Marino; brother, Jace (Melissa) Marino; grandparents, Birin and Steve Nichols, Janice Westendorf; aunts and uncles, Frank (Julie) Marino, their children, Frank, Brea (Aaron) Nedved, Gunnar, and Joey; Lee (Laura) Marino and their children, Jesse, Michaela (Aaron) Prestholt, and Tyler; Robin McCall; Scot (Caren) Westendorf and their children, Natalie, Jordan, and Robby; Lori (Mel) Mortimer and their children, Tasha (David) Mitchell, Jared and Ruth Holt; Troy (Brenda) Westendorf and their daughter, Breanna Rose (Coty) Thompson; his loyal lad, Theodore; as well as numerous friends.
