Julie M. Jensen Black

Julie Jensen Black was born February 3, 1932, to Leroy and Bernice Chamberlin and passed away in her sleep on November 13, 2025, at the age of 93.

Julie was a lifelong resident of Sioux City, IA. On January 14, 1951, Julie married Walter (Walt) Jensen and had three daughters: Pamela Houchins Stephan (Dick Stephan) of Sioux City, Beverly DuPont (Charles DuPont) of Mesa, AZ and Barbara Wilson (Milo Richard Wilson) of Jacksonville, AR.

At the time of her passing, Julie had three grandchildren: Amy Houchins Post of Marshall, MN, Jordan Houchins of Oakland, NE and Dade Wilson of Jacksonville, AR and four great grandchildren: Katie and Xavier Post and Joby and Maggie Wilson.

Per Julie's request, there will be no formal service. The family encourages friends to remember Julie in their own special way.
