Judith Ann Bottger, 79 of Hubbard, Nebraska passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at the Mitchell Hospice House in Sioux City, Iowa. A Remembrance Service being held on December 11, 2026, at the Mohr & Becker-Hunt Funeral Home in South Sioux City, Nebraska at 5:00 p.m. with refreshments and opportunity to share memories of Judy.

Judy was born to Joseph and G. Charlyne (Krause) McKivergan on May 30, 1947, in Sioux City, Iowa. Her life-long love was her horses. She was a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and practiced in several different communities in Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Kansas. Judy retired to her hometown of Hubbard, Nebraska.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents.

Judy is survived by her brother Terry (Kay) McKivergan of Yuma, Arizona; a son Jeff (Barb) Bottger; a daughter Joani Botter; three grandchildren Genevieve, Joseph, and Jace; and many nieces and nephews.
