Joseph B. Dartman, 90, of Sioux City passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at a local care facility. A Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Holy Cross Parish - Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Visitation will be an hour prior to the service. Father Peter Nguyen will officiate. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
