Jessica Nicole (Perego) Hamby

Jessica Nicole (Perego) Hamby, 35, passed away Thursday, July 6, 2023, at Mercy One Hospital in Sioux City, Iowa with her family and friends by her side.

Jessica was born in La Porte, TX. In 2005, Jessica graduated from La Porte High School. She was blessed with five children: Hunter (2008), Colton (2010), Lucas (2016), Logan (2017), and Juniper (2019).

Jessica loved spending time with the kids, dancing, going to the gym, laughing/smiling, swimming, traveling, and cooking, Jessica was known for serving her famous onion pie dish at family events. Jessica touched many hearts. She never met a stranger and lived life to the fullest. She will be missed by many, but will stay in all of our hearts.

Jessica is survived by her children, grandparents, Carolynette and John Perego, father Hoyt Perego, sister Cherell (Matt) Daeumer and brother Ryan Perego. Additional family members include Karrie and Rodney Scott, Gayle and Jim Westbrook, Lanny and JoAnn Hamby, nieces, and friends.

Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel is assisting the family with private services.
