Jerry Ann Hoelker

   Jerry Ann Hoelker, world’s greatest Mother and Grand Mother, age 78, was ushered to heaven on September 20, 2023, surrounded by love and many family members.  Services will be on Sunday September 24^th at 3:00pm at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel located at 3220 Stone Park Blvd in Sioux City.  Family will be available 1 hour prior for visitation.

   She was born in Sioux City on November 7, 1944, as the daughter of Floyd and Charlotte Moore and graduated From Central High School in 1962.  Jerry Ann married her one and only true love, Tony Hoelker on Aug 18, 1962.

   Jerry Ann was a very active “stay at home” mother and loved supporting her children in many activities.  In 1995 she went to work as a medical records specialist at Siouxland Community Health Center and remained there until her retirement in August of 2023.

   Survivors include her children – Toni Marie and Andy Walters of Salix, IA, Michael and Jennifer Hoelker of Dallas, TX, Melissa and Troy Thomas of Dakota Dunes, Jennifer Hoelker and Michael Meyer of Sioux City, IA. Thirteen Grandchildren and Twenty-three Great-Grand Children.

   Jerry Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Husband Tony, and 4 Sisters.

   Honorary Pallbearers are Joshua Walters, Drake Swedlund, Jazz Hoelker, Benjamin Walters, Andrew Walters, Troy Thomas and Michael Meyer.
