Jennifer L. Baker

Jennifer L. Baker, 49 of Sioux City passed away Saturday, April 27, 2024. Cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 9, 2024 at the Stone Park Lodge.

Jennifer was born December 17, 1974 in Biloxi, Mississippi to Robert Baker and Marjean Thorson. Her family moved around during her youth and she eventually settled in Sioux City after time in Columbus, Ohio and Vermillion. She worked for many years as a residential aide in the heath care industry. 

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and going to lunch with her mom. 

Jennifer is survived by her mother, Marjean Nichols of Sioux City; children, Samantha Holdcroft and Stacia (Isaac) Berg both of Sioux City; grandchildren, Anastasia, Aliyah, Jaxston, and Mateo; fiancé, Brandon Danielson; siblings, Larry Baker, Dane Thorson, Joey Lamphear, Kelly Lamphear, Darin Baker, Eric Baker, and Tina Nemec. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert; grandmother, Pat; and her aunts.
