Jeffrey E. "Jeff" Belew, 56, of South Sioux City, Nebraska took his last off road adventure Wednesday, August 15, 2018.Services will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, August 20, 2018 at Mohr Funeral Home of South Sioux City, Nebraska. Visitation will be 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 19 at the Funeral Home. If you plan on attending the service or visitation, you are invited to wear jeans and a racing, husker or camouflage shirt.Jeff was born September 22, 1961 in LeMars, Iowa the son of Richard and Doris (Hupp) Belew. He grew up and attended school in Homer, Nebraska. Jeffrey served in Army Reserve from 1979 until his honorable discharge 1985. Jeff married Denise Viers March 1, 1986. Together they made their home in South Sioux City. Over the years, Jeff worked as a truck driver and later for Tyson for over 26 years where he was a Shop Supervisor.Jeff loved to go hunting and four wheeling. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR and Husker football.Survivors include his wife, Denise Belew of South Sioux City; a daughter, Megan (Ryan) Lawrey of South Sioux City; his mother, Doris Belew of South Sioux City; 2 brothers, Danny (Linda) Belew of South Sioux City and Mike (Mary) Belew of South Sioux City; and a sister, Jackie (Steve) Remer of Homer, NE; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Cindy Coughenour.Special thanks to Hospice for all your help and care for Jeff.
