Jackie Krueger, April 12, 1956 – August 1, 2026

It is with both sadness and gratitude that we announce the passing of Jackie Krueger, who entered eternal rest on August 1st at the age of 70. A celebration of Jackie’s life will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 15, 2026, at Redeemer Lutheran Church. A graveside service will occur at Climbing Hill Cemetery following the luncheon. A visitation will be held Friday, August 14, 2026, at Redeemer Lutheran Church from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with a prayer service at 7:00 P.M. 

Born on April 12, 1956 in Sioux City. Jackie lived a life marked by unwavering faith, generous service, and a genuine love for others. Through every season of life, she exemplified kindness, compassion, and grace, touching countless lives with simple acts of generosity and a heart always open to those in need.

Faith was the cornerstone of her life. Jackie drew strength, purpose, and joy from a deep relationship with God and faithfully lived out those values through service to family, friends, church, and community. Whether through prayer, encouragement, volunteering, or quiet acts of care, she reflected God's love in meaningful ways.

Jackie dedicated her life to a career in dental health education, serving her church, and caring for and organizing her large family. You could often find Jackie looking up recipes or preparing food for the next social gathering. She was especially fond of attending nieces’ and nephews’ activities and special events. She loved time with her girl’s group traveling, going out to dinner or playing cards. Jackie cherished time spent with family and friends, making everyone feel welcomed, valued, and loved.

Jackie is survived by her parents, Darrel and Darlene Krueger, siblings Ronnie Krueger (Jeannie), Rex Krueger (Sue), Karen Ronne (Rick), Kelly Miller (Joe), many beloved nieces and nephews, special friend Ruth Simmon, and countless dear friends, who will dearly miss her.

Though our hearts are broken, we rejoice in the promise of eternal life and take comfort in knowing that Jackie has been welcomed into God's loving embrace.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to a charity, church, ministry, or cause of your choice, reflecting her lifelong commitment to serving others.
