Heidy L. Robeson, 47, of Sioux City, IA, formerly of Sioux Center, IA, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2026, of natural causes. A memorial service will be at 7:00 P.M. Thursday, April 9, 2026, at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. A private family internment at Ferguson Cemetery, Lake View, IA, will follow at a later date.

Heidy was born the daughter of Gary Robeson and Trudy (Hawks) Robeson on November 1, 1978 in Sioux City, Iowa. Heidy graduated from Sioux Center Community High School in 1997. She attended Park University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Education degree in Education Studies: Youth Emphasis in 2018.

Heidy held several sales positions throughout her career, including at Gateway Computers. She and her mother enjoyed making handcrafted earrings together after her mother’s retirement. Heidy was also a substitute teacher. Most recently, Heidy worked at Shipt, shopping and delivering online Target orders and earning the trust of over 300 preferred customers, many of whom became good friends. Heidy had a big heart and a special talent for connecting with people.

Heidy was a loving dog mom to Lucy for over 15 years. She also loved spending time with family, especially her nephews and niece, whom she loved as her own.

Heidy is survived by her father, Gary Robeson of Sioux City; sister, Kelly (Jim) Salker of Sergeant Bluff; nephews, Cole (Julia) Salker of Sergeant Bluff, and Cody Salker of Wichita, KS; and niece, Emma Salker of Sergeant Bluff.

She was preceded in death by her mother.
