Harry Jermaine Griffin

Harry “Jermaine” Griffin, 49 of Dakota City, NE passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at his home. Memorial services will be at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Rev. Jeremy Robertson, Sr. will officiate. Burial will be in Logan Park Cemetery. Visitation with the family present will be from 9:00 until 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to www.meyerbroschapels.com Jermaine was born June 7, 1973 in Baltimore, MD; he was the son of Harry C. and Goldie (Williams) Griffin. Jermaine attended South Sioux City Middle School and graduated from South Sioux City High School in 1992. He worked at Sunshine Foods while in high school and then worked for IBP, Tyson Foods and then for Michael Foods in Wakefield, NE until he passed away. Jermaine attended Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed sports, especially the Green Bay Packers, and his Jordan shoes, cars, collecting coins, baseball cards and basketball cards. He loved to spend time with his family. Survivors include his brother Charles Griffin and his wife Stacey of Brandon, SD; his niece Morgan; his nephew Mason; and an aunt Cora of Baltimore, MD and several cousins and extended family members. Jermaine was preceded in death by his parents and his uncle Cliff.
