Eileen worked for the Sioux City Police Department as a Crime Analyst for over 34 years.  She loved her career, at which, she made numerous life-long friends, and had a hand in solving many crimes in Siouxland.

Eileen enjoyed her coffee and Sudoku on the porch, along with crafting, interior decorating, cake decorating, and supervising Mike in the Garage.  She loved spending as much time possible with her only grandson, and daughter.  Eileen enjoyed watching Dancing With The Stars, Bachelor, Nation Specials, Kardashians & Housewives, and of course Friends.

Eileen is survived by her daughter Jenny; grandson Tristan; three granddaughters (that she cherished); sister and brother-in-law Rebecca “Becky” and Jerry Davenport; and beloved dog Benson McCormick.

Eileen was preceded in death by her soulmate Michael McCormick on July 21, 2021, her parents, grandparents Bertha and Willis Rains, mother-in-law Minnie McCormick, and sister Shirley McCormick.
