Carol J. Junck

Carol J. Junck, 74 of Hinton passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023 in Le Mars, Iowa. Abiding by her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private graveside service was held at Logan Park Cemetery. 

Carol was born the daughter of Gene and Shirley (Laddusaw) Custer on March 31, 1949 in Sioux City, Iowa. She graduated from Central High School in 1967.

Carol worked for Sam’s Club for 18 years. In her retirement, she enjoyed volunteering at the Cancer Center.

She enjoyed reading, doing puzzles, playing board games, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Carol is survived by her children, Gregg Junck of Hinton, Brian (Amanda) Junck of Le Mars, Beth Fuller of Merrill, and Molly (Justin) Kaiser of Hinton; siblings, Terry (Amy) Custer, Dennis Custer, and Pat Ellis; and grandchildren, Kamden, Matthew, Brandon, Makenna, Gracelyn, Adalynn, Benjamin, Mitchell, Megan, Micah, and Piper.

She was preceded in death by her grandson Zach Fuller, parents and siblings, Tina, Linda, Guy, Randy, and Gary.
