Carla Jean Heinemann, 62, of South Sioux City, passed away Friday, August 25, 2023, at a local hospital. Abiding by her wishes, cremation has taken place. Burial will be at 1:00 P.M. Friday, September 29, 2023 at Dakota City Cemetery. A Celebration of Carla's life will be held at 6:00 P.M. Friday, September 29, 2023 at the American Legion in South Sioux City, NE.
