Brandon T. Heyward 29 of Sioux City, IA passed away unexpectedly, early Friday, October 18th, 2019. Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Friday, October 25th, 2019, at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 PM. Reverend Doug Dill will officiate. 

Brandon was born on August 18, 1990, to Donnie Cherry and Evangeline Heyward in New York. His parents passed away when he was young. He then went on to live with his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth Heyward. He moved to Sioux City, IA around the age of 10 to live with his Aunt and Uncle, Robert and Nancy Cherry. He graduated from Sioux City Schools, where he met Audrey Detches. They began their relationship at the age of 18. They went on to have two beautiful daughters. Evangela was born on April 30th, 2010. Auralia was born on September 3rd, 2015.

Brandon enjoyed skateboarding and making music. His girls, nephew Landon, and niece Abby were his everything. There is nothing that he wouldn't do for those that he loved. He loved spending time with his family, and friends. He was very outgoing and loved by many. His smile lit up every room that he walked into. He will be deeply missed. 

Those left to honor his memory are his daughters Evangela, and Auralia Heyward; mother of his children Audrey Detches; nephew Landon Rausch of Iowa; his sister Nicole Heyward of New York; aunt Nancy Cherry of Florida; and cousins, nieces, and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents mother Evangeline Heyward, father Donnie Cherry, uncle Robert Cherry, and grandmother Queen Elizabeth Heyward.
