Beverly A. Salvatori, affectionately known as Bev, passed away on December 1, 2025, at Holy Spirit Retirement Home at the age of 86.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. Friday, December 5, 2025, at Mater Dei – Nativity Catholic Church. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.

Born on April 23, 1939, in Ticonic, Iowa, the daughter of Edward and Mabel (Davis) Keleher, Bev lived a life characterized by kindness, generosity, and an unwavering love for her family.

Bev dedicated over 20 years of her professional life to Interbake Foods, as well as working at East Middle School in the lunchroom, where she exemplified her commitment to nurturing and caring for others. Her culinary skills were well-known among family and friends; she had a special talent for cooking and was particularly famous for her delightful cinnamon rolls. During the Christmas season, she brought joy to many with her homemade peanut brittle and an array of scrumptious Christmas cookies.

A loyal friend to many, Bev enjoyed hosting large gatherings, where her warmth and hospitality shone through. She cherished spending time outdoors, relishing moments spent working in her yard, camping, and hiking with her family during their younger years. As a proud grandmother, she loved attending her grandchildren's activities, often bragging about their achievements.

Bev’s faith was a cornerstone of her life. While residing at Holy Spirit Retirement Home, she attended daily mass, a testament to her deep spiritual commitment.

She is survived by her beloved children: Sue (Jim) Handke, Danny Salvatori, and Mary Ann Johnson, along with her grandchildren: Erin and Tyler Handke, Jessica (Brad) Reimers, Amanda Tibbitts, Brittany Salvatori, and Danny Salvatori. Additionally, she is remembered by her sisters-in-law: Dorine Keleher, Lois Leinen, Marilla Keleher, and Carol Keleher.

Bev was preceded in death by her parents, infant children Julie Ann Salvatori and twins Randy and Sandy Salvatori, as well as her brothers Edward, Charles, Joseph, Wilber, Ronald, Donnie and Paul Keleher. She was also preceded in death by her sister Nancy Gussie and sister-in-law Lavonne Keleher.
