Beverly Ann Peterson, 86 of Sioux City, passed away Friday, May 15, 2026 in Sioux City, Iowa. A funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, May 21, 2026 at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Burial will be at Winnebago Cemetery in Winnebago, Nebraska. Beverly was born the daughter of Louis and Edna (Wolfe) Snow on May 17, 1939 in Winnebago, Nebraska. She attended Walthill High School. On November 21, 1985, Beverly married Kelly Peterson in Sioux City, and together they shared forty years of marriage. Beverly enjoyed beadwork and crocheting and had a natural talent for crafts and refurbishing bargain finds. At the age of seventeen, she discovered her passion for playing the drums, a love she carried with her throughout her life. She also loved gardening and camping and took special joy in decorating her home with frogs. She is survived by her husband Kelly; children, Lashanna (Dan Thies) Crom, Eugene Crom. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Linda Snow, Andrew Wolfe, David Snow, Donald Snow and, Louis Snow Jr.; and grandson, Marcus Crom.
