Beverly J. "Bev" Brown

  Beverly "Bev" Joyce (Yeager) Brown passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 81 in Omaha, Nebraska. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel. Interment at Graceland Park Cemetery.   Bev was born on October 20, 1942, in Sioux City, Iowa, to Laura (Carlson) Yeager and William "Stan" Yeager. Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, brother William "Billy" Yeager, sister Palma "Polly" Yeager, husband Edwin "Ed" Brown, stepson Timothy "Tim" Brown, and stepdaughter Geraldine "Susie" Brown.

  Bev is survived by her son David (Anna) Edwards, stepdaughter Catherine (Garry) Eacker, stepsons James (Julie) Brown, Robert (Marcia) Brown,   and William (Diane) Brown, her grandson Aaron Edwards, multiple step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren.

   Bev graduated from Moville High School in 1960 and attended Iowa State University for one year. She dedicated 36 years of her life to Goodwill Industries before retiring.

   In her free time, Bev enjoyed engaging in various crafts and sharing her creations with friends, family, and coworkers.

  In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the American Cancer Society or Goodwill Industries in Bev's memory.
