Audrey Lee Krommenhoek

Audrey Lee Krommenhoek, 73 died in her home after battling illness on July 10th 2025.

To honor Audrey's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will be held.

Audrey was born in Alhambra, California on February 28th, 1952 to Charles and Billie Boulden. In her life Audrey had a passion for cooking, baking, classic cars, and Harley Davidson motorcycles. She worked multiple roles throughout her lifetime including time at JcPenny, time as a lunch lady, SaraLee Bakery, and in the kitchen at St Luke’s hospital and at Sunrise nursing home.

Audrey is survived by her husband Michael Krommenhoek (Sioux City), daughter Kara (Greg) Kuester ( Sioux City), son Jack “Buddy” Hysell (Jordan) (Elk River MN) and granddaughter Megan Kuester (Lawrence KS)

Audrey is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Billie Boulden and her brother James Boulden.
