Connie W. Blankenship, 64, of South Sioux City died Monday, June 22, 2009, at a Sioux City hospital.

Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday June 28, 2009 at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel with the Rev. Sam Todd of Sunnybrook Community Church officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date in Santa Paula Cemetery Santa Paula, California.
