Opal R. Buchanan passed away Tuesday February 10, 2009 at Indian Hills Nursing and Rehab Center. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday February 14, 2009 at Nelson-Berger Northisde Chapel. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. till 8p.m. with the family present from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m. and prayer service at 7 p.m. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemtery in Sioux City.
