Elsie Mae Cleveland-Mills

SOUTH SIOUX CITY -- Elsie Mae Cleveland-Mills, 73, of South Sioux City died Thursday, May 11, 2006, at her residence following a brief illness.

Per Elsie's request, her body was cremated. There will be no services. Arrangements are under the direction of Anderson-Perasso Funeral Home in Sioux City.

Elsie Mae Cleveland was born June 28, 1932, in Kimball, S.D., the daughter of George and Sara Ann (Thompson) Mashek.

Her hobbies included crafts, fixing and remodeling her home and bingo. She will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her children, Sheri Oleson-Duncan, Donna Inman, Tom Garnett, Bruce Garnett, Marvin Cleveland and Michael Cleveland; 18 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Eileen Hanson of Sioux City.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Theresa Lowry; four sisters; and three brothers.

Memorials may be made in Elsie's name to the charity of your choice.
