SOUTH SIOUX CITY -- Frances Lillian (Webb) Dickison, formerly Frances Ueding, 89, of South Sioux City died Thursday, June 8, 2006, at a Sioux City hospital.

Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Anderson-Perasso Funeral Home, with the Rev. Mike Ring of Glad Tidings Lighthouse officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Walthill, Neb. Visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent online to www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Frances L. Dickison was born April 8, 1917, in Macy, Neb., the daughter of Joe and Emma Ueding.

She married Albert "Abe" Webb on April 3, 1934. They lived and farmed for more than 34 years near Macy. They later moved to South Sioux City in 1969. She worked several jobs including the Midway Cafe, IBP and the Karousel for many years. After the death of Abe Webb, she met and married Bob Dickison from Kingsley, Iowa, on Oct. 29, 1982.

She enjoyed going dancing at the Senior Citizens Center, going for drives and opening her house to all of her friends and family. She has left a large void in all of our lives and she will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her husband, Bob Dickison; three daughters, Mary Badberg of Phoenix, Ariz., Lois Stidd of Show Low, Ariz., and Wanda and her husband, Don McGready of Bullhead City, Ariz.; two sons, Larry Webb of Denison, Iowa, and John Webb of Jackson, Neb.; 14 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret Jensen of Omaha and Martha Weber of Chicago, Ill.; two brothers, Forest Ueding of Omaha and Carl Ueding of Tekamah, Neb.; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Joe and Emma Ueding; her husband, Abe Webb; two sons, James and Gary Lee Webb; three daughters, Sarah and Laura Webb and Rowena Snyder; a granddaughter, Cheryl Lynn Olson; three brothers, Bill, Jim and Pete Ueding; and a sister, Pauline Kraft.
