Roger H. Lambert

SIOUX CITY -- Roger H. Lambert, 86, of Sioux City died Saturday, April 2, 2011.

Abiding by his wishes, the body was cremated. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.

Roger was born July 21, 1924, in Lincoln, Neb., the son of Frank C. and Clara (Goldstein) Lambert. He married Sylvia Betz on Nov. 23, 1942, in Papillion, Neb.

Survivors include a son, Roger W. (Julie) Lambert; three daughters, Leslie Lambert, Laurie Lambert and Jennifer Byrne; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia; and a grandson, Bradley Barber.
