SIOUX CITY -- Douglas "Doug" A. Lewis, 61, of Sioux City died Friday, July 17, 2009, after a courageous battle with cancer.
A celebration of life service will be 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation with the family present will begin 4 p.m. today, and a prayer service at 7 p.m., at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.
