Manuel Isac Perez, 21, of Sioux City died Wednesday, May 7, 2008, in Oakdale, Iowa.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2008 at Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel, with the Rev. Matthew Hewitt officiating. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent online to www.meyerbroschapels.com.
Manuel was born May 12, 1986, in Indio, Calif., the son of Manuel I. and Maria (DeLaCruz) Perez.
He was an artist and singer. He was very family oriented and was loved by everyone who knew him.
Survivors include his mother, Maria DeLaCruz of Sioux City; his father, Manuel Perez of California; three sisters, Karla Perez, Vanessa Perez and Tavita Perez, all of Sioux City; three brothers, Javier Perez and Mario Perez, both of Sioux City and Daniel Perez of California; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
