Betty L. Horn, 71, of Sioux City passed away surrounded by her family at her residence Monday March 17, 2014. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday March 22, 2014 in Graceland Park Cemetery in Sioux City with Rev. Tess Panamarow of Immanuel Lutheran Church officiating.
