Autumn P. Chesher

Autumn P. Chesher, 15 of Sioux City, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation, with the family present, will begin at noon on Thursday at the funeral home. A reception will follow at St. Michael Catholic Church Perish Center. Memorials may be offered to the family. She had received her education in the Sioux City Public Schools and was a sophomore at North High School. Autumn was an excellent artist, loved to draw, write stories, and had a natural ability to take ordinary, everyday items and create beautiful art. She loved nature, animals of all sizes from her cats, to her pet snail "Diva", whom she found at Bacon Creek. Autumn enjoyed her fellowship with the youth group 180, listening to music, spending time with her sisters and brother, and making others laugh. She was passionate about her interests, taking every opportunity to share her joy with others in her life. She enjoyed Cosplay, making her own outfits, and living the role. Autumn was comfortable with who she was and she was adventurous in her approach to living. Those left to celebrate her life include her parents Monica and Chris Lambregtse of Sioux City; sisters Eve Chesher (age 15) and Violet Lambregtse (age 11) of Sioux City; brother Reece Lambregtse (age 9) of Sioux City; grandparents Diane and Ken Geary of Sioux City, Bonnie and John Wixom of Gurnee, IL, Cornelius Lambregtse of Carmichael, CA, and Priscilla and Robert Chesher of Sioux City; numerous other extended family and friends; and her best friend Gage.
