Charles Nyreen

Charles Nyreen of South Sioux City passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at his residence from natural causes.           Combined services for Charles and his sister Beth who also died May 20, 2015 will be 10:30 A.M. Saturday at Becker – Hunt Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 P.M.Friday at the funeral home.           Charles was born November 13, 1958 in Sioux City the son of Homer L. and Betheen A. (King) Nyreen. He married Debra Hayes. He was employed with Micro Tower Company until retiring due to poor health.           Survivors include a daughter Stephanie Redenius of Sioux City, a brother Darwin Nyreen of Dakota City, two grandsons: Lathyn and Zachary Redenius and a special cousin Daniel.           He was also preceded in death by his parents, two brothers: Sonny and Lawrence and his sister Beth.            Immediately following the service there will be a lunch for the family and friends at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in South Sioux City, Nebraska.           In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be given to the funeral home and the family will make a specific designation at a later date.
