Judy D. Brewer

Judy Diane Brewer, 67 of South Sioux City passed away Friday, November 1, 2013 at her residence. Services will be 10:30 A.M. Wednesday at Becker – Hunt Funeral Home with the Rev. Carol Jean Stapleton officiating. Burial will be in the Dakota City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 A.M. until service time at the funeral home. Judy was born January 23, 1946, in Sioux City the daughter of Lloyd E. and Norma (Conklin) Barker. She married Donald “Duck” Brewer February 1, 1964 in South Sioux City. She was employed at Crystal Truck Stop several years, Fairfield Inn and retired as a bookkeeper for medical records. Survivors include her husband “Duck”, three sons: Little Duck and his finance Julie Wilson of Laurel, NE, Tony of South Sioux City, Jesse and his finance Linda Guy of South Sioux City, two daughters: Julie Brewer Graves and her companion Walt Wheeler of Foyil, OK, Becky and her husband Kirk LeBlanc of Vinton, LA, a brother Lloyd and his wife Judy Barker of South Sioux City, two sisters Sue (Jerry) Albertson of Phoenix, AZ, Jean (Don) Bennett of Sioux City, fourteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren and her stepfather Donald Struble of Onawa, IA. She was preceded in death by her parents. She will be remembered as a loving wife mother and grandmother and loving and caring for her animals.
